Cancellation Policy

Payment terms: A non-refundable administrative handling fee of $75.00 is payable on all courses over the amount of $750.00. For courses less than $1,500.00, the full course fee will be charged and payable prior to commencement of the course (unless otherwise negotiated). For courses over $1,5000, a maximum deposit of $500.00 will be payable prior to commencement of the course and progress payments must be made as per the terms and conditions stated on the invoice. Online booking / card fees - the cost of the card processing fees will be the responsibility of the client and will be added at check out. Late Payment Fees: A Late Payment fee of 1.5% on the total amount will be accrued for each 30 days the account remains outstanding. Withdrawal and refund terms: • A full refund will apply where ERMQ cancels the course prior to commencement unless alternative training dates are arranged. • A full refund of the course fees paid will apply where the client withdraws in writing 21 days or more prior to the course commencing less administration fee (if applicable). • 75% refund of the full amount of course fees paid where the client withdraws in writing less than 21days but more than 14 days prior to the course commencing less administration fee (if applicable). • 50% refund of the full amount of course fees paid where the client withdraws in writing less than 14 days but more than 7 days prior to the course commencing less administration fee (if applicable). • No refund where the client withdraws less than 7 days prior to the course start date or after commencement of the course unless special circumstances apply. Evidence must be submitted e.g.Medical Certificate. • No refund where the participant is excluded from a course for misbehaviour. * No certificate will be issued until full and final payment of fees.
